Psalms 46:1 (C. C.)
September 22, 2016
As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

The Lemaitre family has been close to the Allain family for many years sharing in the good times and not so good times that life sends our way. Suzanne and I wish Michael's widow, children, and sisters April and Mary Kay God's comfort in this time of stress. I hope we all celebrate Michael's accomplishments and not dwell on the sadness of this week.
I feel the following speaks of Michael:
Psalm 1
1. Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stand in the way of sinners, nor sit in company with scoffers.
2. Rather, the law of the Lord is his joy; and on his law he meditates day and night.
3. He is like a tree planted near streams of water, that yields its fruit in season; Its leaves never wither; whatever he does prospers.

I am sorry to hear of the passing of Mike as I was a classmate of his at LSU. I still enjoy my caricature he did of our Class of 1979. He was such a gentle soul but so talented. He will be missed. God bless him and his family.

I sincerely enjoyed the brief four years I spent with Mike in dental school. He was always available and supportive. I'm certain that every member of our class will be eternally grateful for (as well as "captured" by) his class caricature of us. I regret that we didn't stay in touch more. I'll miss him!
