Russell Ticen Obituary
North Carolina - Russell W. Ticen, 80, passed away September 22, 2018. Russell was born in Indiana to the late Leslie W. and Hettie Fleenor Ticen. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brother, Richard Ticen. Russell retired as a surveyor, and was the owner of Ticen Surveying in Lafayette, IN. He was a member of the Camden County Lions Club and the Past Division Captain and Flotilla Commander of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary Elizabeth City, NC.
He is survived by his loving wife, Pamela Meade Ticen; daughter, Lisa Pechin; sons, Jeff Ticen (Sue) and Kerry Ticen (Shelley Mitchell); six grandchildren, Kayla, Karla, Colby, Hailey, Leisha and Michael; and two great-grandchildren, Mason and Lyndie.
A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held Friday, September 28, 2018 at 3 p.m. at Graham Funeral Home, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake. His final resting place with be at Rest Haven Memorial Park, Lafayette, IN. Please visit www.grahamfuneralhome.com to view the service and to leave a condolence to the family.

Jeff, Kerry, and Lisa sorry to hear about the passing off your dad. It seems like yesterday we all lived on Fairfax. I always liked your dad and I vividly remember the VW Beetle he used to drive.
