Sherry will always have a VERY SPECIAL PLACE IN MY HEART! We became friends instantly more than 20 years ago, and remained connected throughout the years. I will never forget the time that I worked with Sherry while I was at Smithfield Convalescent Center. Sherry has such a genuine and sweet heart, she would do anything for anybody at the drop of a hat. I first met Sherry when she moved to our neighborhood in James River Shores. When she introduced herself, my twin sister and I were in my driveway, and we burst out laughing. She looked puzzled until we introduced ourselves; my name is Sherry, and my twin sister's name is Terry (who happens to live next door to me). To further confuse our neighbors, her husband's first name is Bill, as is mine.
As I got to know her, I realized that her beauty was through and through. She endeared herself to me with her sweet nature; I never heard her say an unkind word about anyone. I will miss bumping into her around Carrollton. Her light will be missed by anyone who knew her. God bless her family; they are all in my prayers.
