Delphine,just found out, mrs.Velma was my buddy when we worked ford the city, she was like a mother to me she kept me straight and did not mind keeping me straight, she show me the rope of how thing were done at the city. and you could not come in their with your own ideals because she would let you known that not the way it done at the city, when she spoke you respected her enough to do what she said.i love your mom she will alway be dear to my heart,she was one over the greatest caregiver i have every known, the lord said unto velma you have taken care of everyone that has everyone that has cross your path, you have feed the hungry, house the homeless, help the sick,you have been the good samaritan.
