Found this beautiful work or art and decided to look up the artist. So sad that she has passed, her and her Don. But this work will live in my home and be passed down to my children - my granddaughter loves it!. Beautiful obit. May they both rest in peace.

Our prayers and sympathy to you Tom and family with the loss of your mother. We were sorry to read as we have great memories of both your parents at Peoria Heights Public Library when I worked there...such a great couple and now they are together once more. We will see them again when we all see Jesus Christ face to face just as they have...this is our hope. We pray His peace for all of you..."He is our peace." Eph 2:14

I met Irene 24 years ago when I purchased one of her art works. She was full of energy and a lovely warm kind woman, I instantly liked her very much. She was on my mind because I was thinking I would love to buy another piece of her wood art work. I am so sorry for your loss she was a very memorable woman. This may seem an inappropriate request and I apologize but if I may, could I get in touch with someone if this could be possible. My name is Sharon Urbaniak 708- 562-4363 (H) 630-915-0534 (C) Thank you.
