I have a memory of you and Mr. Steve Hitch launching the Think Big program in Tecsup. I appreciate the impact you have made on the lives of numerous CAT students in South America. I was shocked when I read the Limestone Independent news this week and saw Steve's obituary. It's been a long time since I've seen or heard from you, but I remember visiting you at the house in Peoria and Santiago. Steve was one of the people I really missed working with after he left Caterpillar. He was full of life. I am sorry to hear of this any my prayers are with you. Linda Gritton

Becky, I am so, so sorry...I can't believe that I read Steve had passed away. You two were the best neighbors I have ever lived next to..ever...that probably doesn't say much about my neighbors ;-) Even though I haven't seen you guys in years, we think of you often. Kate and I still run over on Bigelow now and then and we'll talk about the old times we shared with you guys. We will never forget Steve's (and your's) zest for life, unique style, and love for neighbors ;-).

Becky, I am so sorry for your loss. You don't really know me other than we did talk on the phone about 5 years ago when I called to talk with Steve. Steve was a great guy. I had the pleasure of working with Steve in Bldg KK in East Peoria in the late 90's. My wife and I sold Steve a black poodle he purchased for his Mom. We will miss Steve even though it has been many years since we have seen him. Keep your chin up and keep the faith.
