Tsung-Min Kuo Obituary

PEORIA - Dr. Tsung-Min "Tom" Kuo, 65, of Pepper Hollow Drive, Clifton Park, N.Y., formerly of Peoria, Ill., died Tuesday, June 10, 2008, at the Hospice Inn at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany, N.Y., surrounded by his family.

He was born on July 27, 1942, in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, R.O.C., son of Tin-Tsai and Kwei-Hua Lee Kuo. He was the husband of Su-Chu Su, whom he married in 1967.

Dr. Kuo was a research scientist for U.S. Department of Agriculture in Peoria, Ill.

Survivors include his wife, Su-Chu; one son, Dr. Ramsay (Donna) Kuo of Clifton Park; and two grandchildren, Bryce and Lindsay Kuo.

Relatives and friends are invited to attended his funeral services at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, June 15, 2008, at the Dunn Funeral Homes Inc. 319 Park Ave., Mechanicville, NY 12118.

Memorial contributions may be made to Tzu-Chi Foundation, 137-77 Northern Blvd., Flushing, NY 11354 in his memory.

Tsung-Min was always a quiet and friendly co-worker. We enjoyed a visit at his home in Peoria. Our heart felt condolences to his family.
