Kevin L. Tobias, 62, of Geneva, Indiana, passed away at 12:12 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2023, in Portland, Indiana. He was born on Monday, Feb 13, 1961, in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
He is survived by his cousin – Chad Pusey, Mishawaka, IN
The family will be having a memorial service at a later date.
Arrangements are being handled by Downing & Glancy Funeral Home in Geneva.

It was a pleasure to work with Toby for a couple of years. We enjoyed talking about cars , camping, and a little bit of everything. Its just to bad I only got to know him at the end of his life. I will allays cherish the couple of 1970 camping magazines he gave me to use as a conversation piece for all the places I go.
