RIP Mr. Fields. You were a great man and role model! You were always nice and had a big smile for everyone. I will never forget you taking me to a Cubs game at Wrigley with you and Jason (RIP) and you also took to me to a Bulls game in Chicago to see the 76ers and Dr. J and Moses Malone with you and Jason! You were always nice to me when I was over to your house to visit Jason, which was a lot since 1973! I always enjoyed visiting with you and Mrs. Fields when I came home on leave from the Air Force and after I retired from the AF. It was so good to see and you and Mrs. Fields in Sept 2021 when I was home! RIP Mr. Fields! My condolences and love to Mrs. Fields and Augie.

Dear Fields family,
We were shocked and saddened to hear of Arthur's passing. He was such a happy, outgoing, positive man. I always enjoyed talking with him in the office. May he rest in peace for eternity. Please accept our condolences.
