Hi Lisa
It was a really long time ago that we seen each other but I still think of you often. I can't beleive you've been an angel for three years now. I had a dream about you after you passed, it was so real. I saw a light blue and light pink clouds wrapped around your arms like a tattoo and I remeber you saying tell everyone I will be ok. I remember asking you what happened and you replied it was like a bleed in my brain and then I woke up in tears. If it was you thank you for sending this message to me it did help the pain i was feeling for you and your family. You will never be forgotten.

Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circling flight.
I am the soft starlight at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there; I did not die.

Lisa,
It has been a year since you crossed over. I am sure you know that you are missed and loved very much. I think about you every evening when I look into the sky at the stars. That was one of our favorite things to do together. I miss that most of all out of all the crazy things we did. I hope you are flying around up there exploring like we always wanted to do. I miss you more everyday.

our loving daughter lisa, today is your 28th birthday and we decorated your grave with love. it's been 6 and 1/2 months since we last saw you, and we still cry just as much as if you'd left yesterday. the pain is so unbearable at times, we think we are gona give up, and then something tells us to go on and we will be with you when our life on earth is done. our lives are shattered and can never be repaired and when another day starts, we think its one more day closer to seeing you. scott comes home often to be with us to help us through these sad filled days and oh how we all wish you were here with us. there will be no holidays for us this year, b/c nothing is the same since you went away. lisa , we all love and miss you so much that words can't even begin to tell you, but as each day goes by w/o you our faces really tell the truth. our eyes are always filled with tears and we always wear a very sad face. loving and missing you very much ... mom and dad

To my dear sister:
I miss you immensely. I'm certain that you are "celebrating" your life you had here on Earth on this very special day (November 18, 2007). Help us rejoice in the uncountable good memories in your life. This shall provide us with the comfort we need to go on with our daily routines until the day arrives; and we reunite in your Heavenly Home.
Happy "Birth Day" Lisa!
You are with me always in my heart.

Oh-by the way...thanks for pulling my hair that day...you made me smile even when I thought it was almost impossible too anymore. Nanie is doing great. She has a friend that plays with her everyday. Kylee has become her favorite now though. See you in my dreams...Love your cousin, Amy

Lisa,
I'm here at mom and dad's again. I met them today at the cemetary. Did you feel our presence? I know you did, because I felt yours. You know already that mom has in infection in her thumb. It' has been very bad, but it is slowly healing now. Reach down and give her your healing touch. We are thinking of you always; and miss you. Love, your brother Scott

You Know

In Loving Memory Of
Lisa N.Stone

Unknown pain washes over me like the tears which drown
My face and choke my senses. As I watch you being carried
On your final journey I lose the right to breathe, for you.
For you these silent drops fall as I feel your presence
One last time. It finally sinks in you’re gone
only felt when standing looking at that cruel coffin
which faces me. I know you’re body’s there but
in my head you are standing right next to me.

I don’t look to my side, my vision is blurred
but in my head you remain, smiling. Saying
“Why are you crying?”. I’ll miss your guidance
I’ll miss you’re kindness, most of all
I’ll miss you driving by waving Hi.
These thoughts only deepen the void I feel as
We try to sum you up in words. They are all inadequate
And, as I break-down, I turn away from your loved ones and Place
A single rose on you’re coffin hoping your spirit can see
hoping you’re beside me.

Sometimes I talk to you, sometimes I cry
It may not be the same but I feel you still
I know you’re above me everywhere I go,
Proud. You have left a legacy, never forgotten.
I will continue what you have shown me
How you were, a saint.
It was only you’re body we were burying that day
Not you’re spirit, through me, you live. And,family too.
The best thing was having a friend like You.

words cannot tell you how much we love you and miss you. we feel like we can't go on at times, but we know we have to and we look forward to seeing you and being together forever. life has no meaning to us now, and for xmas this year instead of buying your favorite perfume we will be buying your tombstone. we visit your grave often and always leave crying and sometimes we just sit out there trying to figure out why god took you from us. you were suppose to be here with your brother scott and help him when your dad and i are gone. our lives have been shattered and a big chunk of our hearts have been ripped out. i never thought when i went to check on you that night, that i would find you cold and lifeless. i just wish i could of been there with you. we know you are in heaven looking down on us and we will be there with you in time, but until then our hearts ache even though we know you are in god's hands, we were not ready to let you go here on earth. WE LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU SO MUCH! LOVE, MOM AND DAD

My thoughts are with you Aunt Kay, Uncle Charles, and Scott! I hope time will ease the pain, although it might take a long time. Just remember how much she is still loved and how many people she lended a hand to and helped. I miss you Lisa and I will see you one day in Heaven! Love Always n Forever, Danielle

I worked with Lisa at the care center for almost 2 years before I transfers up north. She was the kindest person I ever knew. She loved everyone. I don't think she ever had any enemies. I use to love to come to work cause we always had a good time at the care center. And the times we all went out after work. I just can't believe she is gone. Me and amanda Griede wish we could have made it to the service. Our prayers our with her family and We love and are going to miss you very much lisa.

Dear Aunt Kay, Uncle Charlie, and Scott. I don't want you to think of me as wierd or anything for what I'm about to tell you. I would have called and told you but I was afraid if Kay was having a really bad day, this would upset her more. So, I was taking an afternoon nap with Nanie when as I was sleeping I dreamt of Lisa. She looked so peaceful and beautiful. We were just sitting there in the park talking. I can't remember what all we talked about but she did say she was really good and it was pretty up there. I wish I could remember more but I can't. I am quite excited to have had this dream because I pray every night that she would just come and tell me she's ok. So, I feel she is happy and at peace with the life she left behind. It just felt so real. Call me Kay. I mean this wasn't anything like I've ever experienced before. I miss and love her but, she is doing great! :)

Lisa, I'm here with mom and dad. We miss you and love you. I'm worried about them--mom especially. You know she's not strong in this matter. During your heavenly duties send us a sign that you are ok and happy. Mom cannot write anything now as she has so much to say and it's hard for her. Dad has no clue about the computer which you already know, but he sends his love in his own way. You are surrounded by great love here on Earth just as I'm sure you are being received with love up there. Nanie is doing well. She is with Amy. I'm sure that provides you comfort. Mom and dad saw her about a week ago. Lisa, look down upon us and watch over us. We send our love. Your brother Scott

I am very sorry for your lose and I am still in shock that Lisa is gone at such a young age and that she will never be around to talk to anymore. Lisa and I were best friends for a very long time. We had so many fun times together and laughed all the time. There is so much to say, but I can't write a novel. When I got married 2 years ago and moved away we tried to keep in touch, but it just didn't work out. I wish I could have talked to her one last time. Lisa will be greatly missed and never forgotten. I wish words could take your pain away, but nothing will ever take that away only time will ease it. I wish hugs and extra loves would fill your void in your hearts but only cherished memories will. Just remember that Lisa was and always will be the best person and friend anyone could of counted on. She will be deeply missed and loved by all. I will always carry a special place in my heart of her and some really crazy memories. As she lived with me she gave me many of them. She could make you smile when things went bad and make you laugh when you were sad. Keeping LISA's memory alive will keep all of us laughing for years to come when we think back at things she done. This is a shock to me, I am truly sorry for the loss of such a wonderful person. Lisa was a gift to this world, and touched the lives of all who knew her. May God be with you all especially at this time.

While looking for an appropriate quote, I found the following: "While death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal." Although I did not know Lisa, as a friend of Sid's, I wanted to convey my deepest sympathy to your family.

To the Entire Stone Family,

I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa once. She was a beautiful young lady. I know through Jeff that she was a special part of your family and that she will be greatly missed. I wish I had some magical words of wisdom that would ease your pain during this trying time. The only comfort I can provide is that time will heal your pain. Lisa will be with you As long as you keep her in your hearths and your thoughts.

Please know you have my deepest sympathy and you are in my prayers.

I was so sorry to hear about Lisa. I have a lot of good memories of her. I remember her with her dog Pogo. I remember her at bunco. I remember when we went to Chicago and ate at Bubba Gumps at Navy Pier... and I remember how kind, caring and compassionate she was to my Uncle Donnie before he died & how comforting she was to my mother & aunt after he passed away. Whenever I seen her at the Nursing Home she was always friendly and smiling. She was such a likeable person. She was special and will be missed and thought of often.

To the entire family and to my best friend...no words can ease your pain now, but try to think about Lisa's happy life and not just her end. She will live on forever, because she is a part of you. I am thinking of you and praying for you every day.

I worked with Lisa about 10 years ago when I was in college. Since then I became friends with her and with Kay. I had lost touch with them, as friends sometimes do. I was heartbroken when I learned of her passing. She always had a way of making people happy. Even when you were down, she was able to make you happy with a joke or with a hug. I ask each and every one of you that are reading this to take a moment and pray for Lisa, Kay, Charlie, and Scott and the other people who had the privilege of knowing Lisa. Heaven is truly an even better place now that she is there. Lisa, I'll see you in Heaven. Love, Anthony, Mirtha & JoAnna Ventrello
