Although I only knew Katy as a work colleague I could see how passionate she was with her accounts and how she appreciated the people that surrounded her. Katy's optimism, thoughtfulness and desire to succeed made her great but her warm and caring heart were what made her so special. My deepest condolences, Katy is sorely missed.

Katy (Katie as I remember her) was such an important part of my high school years and after graduation. I will always remember her infectious giggle and how engaging her smile was. She sure wasn't afraid to use it. Just being with her made all my worries disappear when she lit up the room with a glitter in her eyes. Katie was loyal to a fault and never put her needs in front of me or any of her friends. She also was smart and had a keen wit. Just remembering her now makes me smile during this time of grieving. Some people are just to good for Earth and God takes them early as a reward for life everlasting. I am going to remember her for the over 15,000 plus days that Katie LIVED not the one day she left. God bless and speed.

I am so saddened to hear of Katy's passing. I had the privilege of working with Katy at Hancock Fabrics when she worked for June Tailor. She and I became friends not just a work friendship but a true friend. When I got married and had a baby she sent the sweetest notes and emails. I always enjoyed her coming as we would go out and have a meal and just talk. The last time she was here for a work trip, she requested that I bring Rowan, my son, to dinner so she could meet him. Words just cannot express how much Katy Schneider was loved by people all over! Please know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers. May God place his healing hand on you in the days, months, and years to come.

I had the privilege of working with Katy while she worked at June Tailor. She was my account executive here at Hancock Fabrics. I so enjoyed working with her; she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. And, she was fun; she had spunk! I am just so sad and words do not seem adequate. Know that people liked and loved Katy everywhere she went. She will be missed.
