My deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Frank. I didn't have much contact with Frank, but my memories of him at Del Dios Junior High School and San Pasqual High School were of a very personable fellow I grew up on Cranston Drive in Escondido, almost directly across the highway from where Frank lived-I believe it was around West Brotherton and Alexander? I really feel for people when they lose loved ones. My first major loss was in late 1978,when I lost my brother Steve. I was 21, he was 25. A staggering blow that was a living nightmare for months. I saw Frank on facebook and almost sent him a message several times, but, regretfully, I didn't for one reason or another. When I was in high school, Frank hung out with a group of guys who made fun of me. They thought I was a burned out drug user or something. I was on the track team and one day I was running by the house where Frank lived, getting some mileage in. His friend was in Frank's driveway and Frank was near the road. Franks friend called out," Cloud Nine!' As I ran past Frank, he asked me, "Hey Glen, how many miles do you run every day?" "Around six, I answered" Frank smiled and said something complmentary. That's a really fond memory. It was as if Frank was trying to tell me that he didn't feel the same way about me as his friends did. Frank struck me as a person who had a heart for the outcasts, misfits, people who were shunned by most others. A Good Guy. Having said all this, I was really happy to see that Frank believed in Jesus! I've been a Believer since Resurrecttion Sunday, 1984. I'm sure Frank is in The Presence of Yeshua Hamashiach-Jesus The Messiah, or blasting around the universe on his Motorcycle, having a fantastic time! When I leave this world, I look forward to seeing Frank, in addition to my Parents, brother Steve and many friends. Ride And Be Free Frank!
