Lisa Gordon Obituary

Lisa J. (Ramsey) Gordon
Lisa J. Gordon, age 52, of Fleetwood, passed away on Tuesday February 28, in The Lutheran Home at Topton. For the past five years of her life Lisa showed much courage and strength as she never gave up her fight with rectal cancer.
She was wife of Glenn E. Gordon they celebrated 16 years of marriage on October 7th.
Born on March 24, 1964, in Coudersport, Potter County, the daughter of Frances (Morey) Swanger of Coudersport and the late Curtis Ramsey.
Lisa was a 1982 graduate of Coudersport High School. She worked for Adelphia Cable, Coudersport for many years. Lisa moved to Fleetwood and worked at Service Electric Cablevision, Birdsboro where she spent 17 years loving her job and making many friends. She was an avid reader who loved to go to the battlefield at Gettysburg, and going to the Mahoning Valley Speedway. Most of all she loved spending time with family.
Lisa is survived by her husband Glenn, daughter Cortney L. Gordon of Fleetwood, sisters Patricia Ramsey of Albuquerque, NM; Sandra (Ramsey) Hicks of Coudersport; Cora (Ramsey) Bennet of Erie. Brothers Westley Ramsey of Warren, Pa.; Walter Ramsey of Osway, Pa. and William Ramsey of Coudersport. She was preceded in death by her brother Robert Ramsey.
A visitation will be on Saturday March 11th from 12:00 noon to 1:00 PM followed by a memorial service from St. Paul's United Church of Christ, 5 West Arch Street, Fleetwood
Contributions can be made in Lisa's memory to St. Paul's United Church of Christ Memorial Fund or the Fleetwood Area Public Library, 110 W. Arch Street, Fleetwood, Pa. 19522.
