May the days ahead be lit with a soft glow, like a candle, similar to Jeff's gentle smile and manner. It more than saddens me to understand he has gone from this planet to a spiritual existence. Though I had not seen him for many years, I regret not being able to have a conversation with him to tell him he made a life-long impression on me and how special he is. He was my sweetheart in tenth grade & the time we had together was innocent & loving! I am truly sorry for our loss--Tompkins Family-- May Peace be with you Today & Always, Maureen

Dear Eugene and Family,
My sincerest condolences in the passing of Jeffrey.
I'm very saddened at the loss of Jeff and the pain you are all going through now.
My memories of Jeff & Eugene together go all the way back to the big house in Hughsonville.
I'm glad to have known Jeff and the Tompkins Family for so long.
Jeff, Always with a smile and a hug for me whenever we met up. Never ever saw a frown. Jeff will be missed by myself & by many.
I Pray Perpetual Light shine upon Jeffrey always, as I know it will, and he rest in Eternal Peace, re-united with all those he loves.
Prayers will continue, especially to Blessed Mary, and include comfort for you Eugene and family in this terrible and sudden loss.
I'm sick today and unable to make the service as I planned, however you will remain in my thoughts and Prayers always.
Love,
Peggy

My sympathy to the Tompkins family. Jeff was a really great guy. He was extremely talented as a carpenter. Although he was so young to pass on, May God bless his soul and may he rest in peace.

Eugene and the Tomkins family. My deepest sympathy to all of you for this unimaginable loss. Eugene and Jeff were some of the first friends I made when moving to Wappingers Falls as a middle schooler. Though I haven't seen you guys in years, I remember you as friends for life. Kenny Torreggiani

We have always been together...you have always been there for me....my Jeffrey, my sweet, dear, Jeffrey. I trust now that you are with our Lord, with our parents, mom, nana....those of us left behind miss you so much already.....take special care of Eugene, put an order for some extra angels, actually for all of us...waiting until we all reunite in heaven is the order we have been given....May God bless our hearts to accept this painful parting, may it bring us peace and comfort to know that you are in the presence of God...and family gone before....I love you today, as I always have, and I always will...Mark loves you too, very very much...
