William Carufe Obituary

William J. Carufe

NAPLES, FL - William J. Carufe, 78, of Naples, passed away on November 8, 2011. He was born on May 18, 1933 in Cold Spring, NY to Joseph and Mary Carufe. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy and worked as a Corrections Officer for N.Y. State. He has lived in Naples since 1998 and was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church.

William is survived by his wife of 50 years, Patricia; his children, William (Shelly) Carufe, Donna (John) Norkeliunas, Patrick (Cricket) Carufe, Peter (Sian) Carufe and Paul (Sarah) Carufe; his grandchildren, Kyle, Brian, Kristin, Kate, Jack, Maddie, Ryan, Kelly, Katya, Cody and Cassie; sister Maryanne (David) Gabriels; sister in laws, Helen, Nina, Beth and Barbara and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his brothers, Carmel, Michael, Tony and Paul; his sister, Teresa and brother in law, Vincent Casale.

A visitation will be Friday, November 11, 2011 from 5-7PM at Fuller Funeral Home, 1625 Pine Ridge Rd., Naples. A funeral mass will take place on Saturday, November 12, 2011 at 1PM at St. Agnes Catholic Church in the Chapel, 7775 Vanderbilt Beach Rd., Naples. Inurnment will take place at the columbarium at St. Agnes Catholic Church following the mass.

In lieu of flowers, please make donation to St. Agnes Catholic Church, 7775 Vanderbilt Beach Rd., Naples, FL 34120.
