Angel Dupuy Obituary
Angel Christine Gregoris Dupuy, 46, entered eternal life on January 19, 2016, after a courageous battle with ovarian cancer. She was surrounded with the love of her entire family as she was peacefully called home to be with the Lord. Angel is predeceased by her father, Daniel Gregoris; grandparents, Sebastian & Philomenia Abbadessa; godparents, Daniel & Francis Gennett; father/mother-in-law, Art & Fina Dupuy. She is survived by her loving husband of22 years, Jim. Her spirit lives on in the hearts of her children, Delaney Gennett, Bailey James, and Desiree Rose. She is also survived by her loving family: mother, Rose Abbadessa Gregoris; sister, Gina Gregoris brother and sister-in-law, Daniel & Cindy Gregoris; her godsons/nephews, DJ Gregoris and Nicolas Gregoris; and her special niece, Gabriella Rose Gregoris. She also leaves behind several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends ... Whose love, prayers, and support meant so much to her. Angel graduated from Le Moyne College and received a Master's Degree from Binghamton University. She was a dedicated educator at Binghamton High School where she began her career teaching biology and chemistry. Later she switched to special education where she could dedicate her talent to those most in need. Angel was a women of integrity, many talents, and divine faith. She had a passion to serve others. She owned her own catering/baking business and loved to entertain. Above all, her greatest joy was caring for her family, especially her three beautiful children who were her life's joy, strength, and adoration. She had an unwavering faith that sustained and guided her throughout her life especially during her illness. Angel lived life to the fullest. She treasured every moment and person she met. She would not want us to mourn her passing but to celebrate her life through the special memories she gave us all. Special thanks to the many health care providers at Lourdes Hospital and New York Presbyterian for their excellent care and compassion. Funeral Services will be held on Monday at 9:30am from the Leon Pucedo Funeral Home, Inc., 1905 Watson Blvd., Endicott and at 10am at St. Joseph's Church where a Funeral Mass will be celebrated. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Pucedo Funeral Home on Sunday afternoon from 2 to 5pm.

I remember at LeMoyne- she set off the fire alarm making popcorn- she and I were hysterically laughing out in the snow, waiting for the fire department while all the mean girls were freezing, miserable and angry lol - I miss her and love her. I would not have made it through college without her.

Dear Dupuy-Gregoris Family,
It is with sincere sympathy that I write this today. After reading the newspaper this morning, I sat at my table and prayed for Angel and all of you as this is so difficult to imagine.
I have very fond memories of Angel engaging in so many activities at St. Thomas Aquinas School when Delaney and Bailey were there. Teaching Delaney was pure joy. We loved it when Rose came to school as well.
To Rose, Gina and the rest of the family, your Angel has become your special angel who will be with you forever, guiding and protecting you. She is resting now, without pain, in the palm of God's hand as she is gazing on the beauty and feeling the peace and love of God and her family.
