Joseph Morgan Obituary
Endwell - Joseph C. Morgan, of Endwell, passed away Saturday afternoon June 8, 2019 after a long battle with cancer. He is survived by his loving wife Carol; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Charles and Lori Morgan, Joseph Morgan, G.P. and Kristen Morgan; three grandsons, Trevor and Rebecca Morgan, Nathan Morgan and Lucas Morgan; six granddaughters, Ashley Morgan and fiancé, Mike Kushner, Brittany and Andy Anthony, Alexis and Joe Aston, Taylor Morgan, Hallie Morgan, and Julia Morgan; five great-grandchildren, Logan, Lilyanna, Kennedy, Sloan and Ava Grace; his sister, Mary Parente; also numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Joe was born September 11, 1942 in Pittston, Pennsylvania the son of the late Charles and Margaret Morgan. He was a member of The Church of the Holy Family, Endwell. Joe was a well respected businessman in the Triple Cities Area. He was the C.E.O. of multiple Metal Finishing Businesses, he was an avid golfer who had numerous holes-in-one throughout his golfing career, a member of the Binghamton Country Club for over 40 years and a member of the Reserve Country Club in Pawley's Island, South Carolina. Joe was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. A Funeral Mass will be Celebrated on Wednesday, June 12th at 1:00 pm at The Church of the Holy Family 3600 Phyllis St. Endwell. The Family will receive friends at church, Wednesday from 11:00 am until time of Funeral Mass at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in his memory may be made to Mercy House of the Southern Tier 212 N. McKinley Ave. Endicott, New York 13760.

Joe Sr. was my employer for almost a decade and it was a pleasure to work for him. Intelligent and wise, kindness yet a firm guidance, positive work ethic mingled with situational humor. His 3 sons each are very much their own person all had his qualities mixed in with their own. I have nothing but fond memories for the interactions I had working for him and my deepest caring thoughts for the loss his Family now has. Chaz, Joey, GP; I hope you and Yours the best and you continue on successful building on the great legacy your Father built. I wish I could turn back time 30 years and relive the fond memories and erase a few mistakes I made along the way. God Bless each of you and your paths forward from Joe Sr's passing.

I will always remember Joe as one of the nicest persons I ever had the privilege to know. He meant more to me than being a major customer (TCMF).
He was special friend and I will never forget him. There are so many wonderful, fond memories - golfing, dining, meetings etc.

Colleen and I are so saddened to hear of Joe's passing. He put up such a courageous fight against this awful disease. I'll always remember Joe's ready smile, sharp wit, and generous spirit. We were saddened to learn of the death of Joe Morgan. Always a cheerful person to be with on and off the golf course. We were locker room neighbors for many years at the Binghamton Country Club. Our thoughts and prayers are with him and his family.

I have fond memories of visiting for a fun weekend to see the Syracuse vs Penn State football game. One year I was seven months pregnant with Laura. I could t walk very far so I said that I would stay back at the house instead of going to the game. Uncle Joe told me that I will be going because he was going to drop me off right at the gate. He did just that! Some things you never forget. He will be missed much more than he could ever have known.With a heavy heart. love you folks.
