Michael Arp
of Vestal
Michael Arp, 61, went to be with the Lord Friday, February 27, 2009 at Wilson Memorial Regional Medical Center after acourageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife, Joy Arp, Vestal; three sons, Phillip Arp, Ballinger, Texas, Lance Arp, San Angelo, Texas and Jason Arp, Ft. Myers, Florida; two daughters, Lysa Chiarenza and Patrizia Chiarenza, both of Chicago; five grandchildren; three brothers and two sisters-in-law. He attended First Assembly of God, Binghamton and was a U.S. Marine veteran, receiving three Purple Hearts. He was employed at Innovation Associates.
Private memorial services will be held in Texas at the convenience of the family. Those wishing may donate to the charity of their choice in his memory.
