My sympathy to all Mildred's family. When we were in seventh grade our Mom let us cut off our braids and Mildred gave us a Home Perm. How Exciting! Loved to visit on the Honeypot Rd. years ago. Memories are good.

What a wonderful lady she was. You were blessed to have such a great Mom.
I worked with Mildred when she was the cook at the Brush and Palette
and I was only 16 or 17 she was always so good to me. She would even cover up my mistakes. The one that comes to mind is when I put raisin sause on the chicken and biscuits instead of gravey.

Sandy & Donna,
So sorry about the loss of your mother. I remember when I worked at LaGeorges-and she would come in. She was always so kind!
Our thoughts are with you and your families.
