That beaming smile says it all--a Light and welcoming comfort for those fortunate enough to have shared her presence. May the memories of all the kindness and compassion that she sent forth in service to others make it easier for you to bear.

I didn’t know her for even a second but this saddens me. I happened across her death and it somehow brought me to tears. Teachers and coaches have such an impact on children. Some never get to know how much. Some are good and some unfortunately are bad. Clearly she was the good by the comments and love in the words of those she left behind. I hope those words give her family some comfort. God rest her soul.

I remember first meeting Traci in 2013 when the school I taught at had asbestos, and I was displaced to Traci’s school. It was a very stressful time, but Traci warmth, friendliness, and welcoming energy made such a difference. She was easy and fun to talk to, and we struck up a quick connection and rapport. Several years later, I bought a home in Traci’s neighborhood and Traci was quick to drop everything to come over and help me move furniture. I remember having a heart-to-heart chat with her that day. We planned to get together, but as life would have it, we were never able to make that happen. We did stay in touch and checked-in with each other from time to time. Traci was always kind enough to remember to message me about the change in garbage schedule during holiday weeks, as I could never keep up with it. Whenever I drive by her house, I can still see her sitting on the step with a big smile and a welcoming wave. Traci has left a light in the hearts of all who Knew her, a light which will continue to live on. Much love and my deepest condolences to Traci’s family, and her life partner, Dan.

From visiting Brian and the Family since I was 10 of age, their home was my home. A road trip they took me on to a carnival I remember too. Multiple delicious meals Kathy cooked and Bruce grilled, missing those days seeing sisters and my best friend enjoying life. Traci was the vibrance of life as many have seen for themselves. Rest well; as you, Traci, are in God's arms now.
