Anita LEVIN Obituary

LEVIN, Anita Anita Dolores Levin. Born on July 25, 1941, she passed away in Rohnert Park on April 22, 2017 at the age of 75. Anita followed her late daughter, Alene Levinson, formerly of Santa Rosa. She is survived by her sons, Marc Levinson of Aliso Viejo and Eric Levinson of Rohnert Park; her siblings, Judy Brooks of Northbrook, IL and Jerry Levin of Palm Springs; her grandchildren, Raquel Bailey of Rohnert Park, Danielle Caprara of Phoenix, AZ, Gene Evans of Rohnert Park, and Ethan Levinson of Rohnert Park; her great grandchildren Micah Caprara, Lucca Caprara and Blake Caprara, all of Phoenix, AZ. Anita was born in Chicago, Illinois and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from Chicago State University. She enjoyed her 30 year career as a teacher with emphasis in special education and was also a substitute teacher in the Cotati Rohnert Park School District. Anita was a member of Congregation Ner Shalom, the Cultural Arts Committee of Rohnert Park and Sonoma State's Art from the Heart. Family and friends are invited to attend graveside services on Friday, April 28, 2017 at 4:00PM at Santa Rosa Memorial Park, 1900 Franklin Avenue, Santa Rosa.
