Donald Albert Dix

It is with immense sadness that we announce the death of a great patriot, Donald Albert Dix, age 64, on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. He is survived by his life partner, Annette Pompeo; daughter, Alexandra Dix and her fianc‚, Philippe Noel; sister, Landra Crosby; niece, Aimee Shea and her husband and children: Chris, Cullen and Keely. Don was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland of Richard Albert Dix and Nancy Lee Dix. He attended Polytechnic Institute High School and one summer, ran off to join the circus looking for adventure. In his early twenties he left home for Southern, CA which remained his home for the duration of his life. Don loved to cook, listen to smooth Jazz, enjoy good Bourbon, collect fine clothes and shoes, study gemology and spent the vast majority of his time working to save the Republic. Anyone who was close to him knew he was larger than life and gave 100% of himself to the people around him and to his passions. In 2009, Don had a life changing experience that reawakened his interest in national security and the preservation of our great nation. This became his ultimate passion and he dedicated the rest of his life to his community and country, enacting real change and forging lifelong friendships along the way. Don will be remembered for his one-of-a-kind radio voice, larger than life personality and the selflessness of his pursuit to make this country a better place for future generations. His soul rests with the Lord in heaven. "Goodbye for now."
