ELSIE DECREDICO Obituary
DECREDICO, ELSIE A. 89 - of Sea Isle City passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at her home. Born in Conshohocken, Pa she had lived in Woodbury Heights, NJ before moving to Sea Isle City over 30 years ago. She was a graduate of St. Mary's Hospital School of Nursing in Philadelphia, Pa. Mrs. DeCredico was a Registered Nurse having worked for St. Mary's Hospital and Pitman Manor Nursing Home. She was predeceased by her husband Raymond J. DeCredico in 1993, three sisters: Rita Schraeder, Mary Galie, Joan Brewer and a brother: Thomas Schraeder. Surviving are two sons: Raymond J. DeCredico, Jr. and his wife Mary of Seaville, NJ, Paul DeCredico of Woodbine, NJ, a daughter: Mary Elizabeth Burchman and her husband Seymour of Holland, Pa. Also surviving are four grand-children: Michael, Leah, Alexandra and Nicole. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock from St. Joseph's R. C. Church, 44th Street at Landis Avenue, Sea Isle City, NJ where a closed casket calling time will be held from 9 o'clock until time of mass. Burial will follow at 12:30 in Calvary Cemetery, Conshohocken, Pa. The Family suggests those who desire send memorial contributions to Cape Regional Medical Center, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210. Mary - so sorry to hear about your mom's sudden passing. What great memories I have of you all in Sea Isle - from Ray mowing the lawn in his jacket, a ride in the gull wing Mercedes and your mom and her funny stories and words of wisdom. I can picture us talking in the kitchen while waiting for you to go out, and soaking up the rays on the beach. My thoughts are with you and your family!

I have always loved getting "the latest" as well as reminiscing during our weekly visits. She made me feel like one of the family.
I am truly sorry for you loss. She will be missed but will remain in my prayers.
