Alec Barnett Obituary
95, of Warwick, passed away Sunday December 2, 2018. Prior to living in Warwick he lived in Croton-on-Hudson, NY. He was the husband of Barbara (Novotny) Barnett. He was born in Belfast, Ireland. Alec was a WWII Marine Corp Veteran, he served in the South Pacific. Besides is wife, he leaves 2 son's Steven Barnett and Donald Barnett, 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He was the father of the late Dr. Laura Barnett Sparhawk and brother to the late Iris Soper. A committal service with military honors will be held Saturday December 8th at 11AM at the RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. Please gather in the administrative parking lot.
