ERWIN-SWETZ, ANNE MARIE (BUDANO)
78 Formerly of Westford, Ma. Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, with her loving husband, David, and her brother and his family at her side.
Anne was born in Providence, R. I. on August 17, 1942 to Angelo and Henrietta (Colacci) Budano She was a graduate of Mt. Pleasant High School and Rhode Island College. She went on to teach for over 40 years. Most of her teaching career was in Bedford, MA, but after retiring she still went on to teach at the Catholic School in Lowell, MA.
In her spare time, Anne loved nature, especially the squirrels and chipmunks that would frequently visit her for some peanuts. She enjoyed her time planting and taking care of her beautiful garden of vegetables and flowers.
Anne returned to Rhode Island last year to be near her brother Angelo, his wife Antonetta, and her niece and nephew Nicholas Budano and Suzanne Budano. She enjoyed being closer to them and took great pleasure in following all facets of their lives.
She will be sadly missed by all her relatives and friends because of her caring and loving personality.
Anne was pre-deceased by her brother Anthony Budano and her sister Phyliss Falcone.
VISITING HOURS will be Friday morning from 8 – 9 a.m. in the Nardolillo Funeral Home & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston followed by Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph Church, West Warwick at 10 a.m. A private burial will be at St. Ann Cemetery., Cranston.
