Sorry for your loss. Your Dad was a great guy. I really appreciated all the support and the great environment he provided for all of us neighborhood rug rats.

To the Enos family,
When people think of Joe they think of class, commitment to family, and compassion for others. He had a way about him which was truly extraordinary. He was one of the most selfless people anyone could ever meet and his memories will live on far longer than any of us shall grace this earth for.

Dear Liz, Beth, Mike, Adele, David and families: Jim and I are so thankful and blessed that we were able to visit with Joe just a short time before the good Lord took him to be at his side. Although we are all sad, we must rejoice that he is feeling no pain now and will be waiting for all of us to join him some day. He will be missed sorely. What a wonderful person he was. We are all thinking of you during this sad time. Love, Jim and Linda Liebrich and family.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Joe was my Aunt Connie's favorite cousin. They were like brother and sister. I only met Joe 3 or 4 times but he certainly made an impression, what a wonderful spirit. A great man by all accounts. May God be with you during this most difficult time.

I am very sorry for your loss to the Enos family. Joe was my first scoutmaster in troop 31 Crompton giving me so many wonderful memories. No matter the weather he always made sure the boys of 31 had a great time. I can still picture Joe sitting around a campfire with his mug of coffee watching the scouts setting up camp. He was always joking around with the other leaders of the troop keeping meetings and outings so up lifting and fun just to be there. He gave me such a strong foundation in scouting that I’m still active today over thirty years later and that is because of Joe Enos. Thank you Joe, rest in peace.

Mr. Enos was one of the finest people I have ever met. During the early 1970's, I was a member of Troop 31 Crompton when he was our scout master; he didn't know it then, but in those few years he changed my life. We went on winter and summer camping trips to Camp Yawgoog, a Jamboree in Pennsylvania, Bean-Hole Bakes, hikes, regular camping trips, and monthly meetings. No matter what we did, he seemed to understand that we were just a bunch of kids, but he was also there to give us a kick in the pants when needed. Through example he showed me how to work hard and have a good time while doing it. He had an easy, distinctive laugh that I could pick out of a crowd anywhere. There have been five men in my life that I have tried to emulate and Joe Enos is one of them; I am a better man, husband, and father for having known him. I am so sad to hear of his passing; my condolences to the Enos family.
