Thanks for bringing me to RIC, Mary... and for your mentorship in the early days of my career. It was a pleasure to work with you then and in your retirement...most recently as you served on the College's Oral History Committee. You contributed much and were always one of the strongest voices raised in support of Rhode Island College. You will not be forgotten.

Both my Mother and I were so fortunate to have you as a friend.
You were a role model for me in so many ways, from the time I worked for you at RIC to way past my retirement years. Will miss you dearly.

Mary Davey's frequent visits to Ireland were loved by young and old. The animals, especially the dogs, enjoyed the grooming and attention. Scott the dog loved his bath, and the cream bathroom carpet on which to place his paws when bathing was over ! Mary introduced us to the next generation of cousins in RI, for which we are so thankful. In the latter years when Mary was unable to travel to Irealnd we visited her her in Providence and Narragansett. Mary has left us with wonderful memories and values, we are lucky to have known her. We will often raise a Jamesons to your memory.
Mary may you enjoy your reunion with those who have gone before you. 'Go ndéana Dia trócaire ar d'anam'- Lord have mercy on your soul.
Love Eugene & Assumpta
