Dear Bill, Ann and family,
We are deeply saddened by your loss and would like to share a memory of Will as he worked with your family at our home in Coventry. Our friends were visiting from California with our godson, Brian(10)who was helping Jonathan(6)to build a raft for the pond. Will skipped his lunch break and joined in the effort, getting the raft to float. They hopped on the same side and all fell in the drink. Will was like a Great Dane puppy, long and lean, flopping around in the pond. He made the little guys summer that day. It was heart warming to watch a young teen coming to the aid of the two little boys who held him in highest esteem. They thought he was "so cool". We hope that your fondest memories help you to cope during this diffiult time.
Sincerely, Norm and Marie Messier

To the Grenier family,
I was a classmate of Will's. He was so full of charisma and humor- everyone loved him. I remember his great love of sports... he was able to quote the most obscure statistics on any sport you could think of. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.
Sincerely,
Sarah Pearson Walstead

Dear Bill, Ann, and family,
Our very deepest sympathy at the loss of your son and brother. Sue saw that the prayer intention at mass this morning was for "William Grenier". She searched the obituaries in the Norwich Bulletin and the Providence Journal hoping it wasn't Bill but someone else by the same name. What a shock to see that it was Will! We can't even begin to imagine the magnitude of your sorrow. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all and we're there if you need us.
