John Raymond Ysco age 65, passed away on Friday February 15, 2019 in Clovis, New Mexico.
Johnny Ray was born November 25, 1953 in Tucumcari New Mexico. He had been a cook for many years at Denny's Restaurant in Tucumcari NM. He was a member of the St. Anne's Catholic Church in Tucumcari. He served his country in the US Army. He loved his daughters whole heartedly along with his grandchildren unconditionally. He was very proud of his family and expressed it often. Above all he had un measurable love for his entire family. Johnny Ray truly lived life to the fullest and he had many friends and was enjoyed and loved by his community. He enjoyed music and a cruise around town.
Surviving him are his children- Jamie Rae & Javier Uresti and Tatum Villegas and Ignacio. Grandchildren – Aries, Adrian, Anasely, and Audrina. His best friend and companion Dolores Garcia. His father Michael Ysco. His Hermanitos and Hermanitas – Carlos Ysco, Richard Ysco and Beatrice, Michael Edward Ysco, Mary Romero & Fred, Patricia Fulgencio &Hector, Eugene Ysco,
Jerry Saavedra, and Roseann Chacon & Ruben. He was preceded by his mother Lucia Ysco. Rosary will be recited on Wednesday evening February 20, 2019, in the St. Anne's Catholic Church beginning at 7:00 PM with Mass of the
Resurrection being offered on Thursday morning February 21, 2019, in the St. Anne's Catholic Church beginning at 11:00 AM with Rev Fr John Paul as Celebrant. Pall bearers will be Aries Villegas, Adrian Villegas, Olivia Elebario, Joseph Rivali, Anthony Ysco and Richard "Rico" Ysco.
Burial will take place in the Tucumcari Memorial Park Cemetery. The United States Army Honor Guard will perform Military Honors.
