Many prayers to David and Carol´s family. I know he is in (much deserved) peace. I am very sorry for your loss.
I knew David and Carol separately. He was a fantastic physician and mentor to many resident physicians. Carol was a kind hearted and wonderful mother, realtor, cook, and master gardener.
Again, I am so sorry for your loss.

Our family first started going to Dr. Seitz when he and Dr. Moktar had their practice in Buffalo, Iowa. He was always so kind and treated us like family. My mom, Edna Rauch, absolutely loved him.

To the families, as an Owner/Operator in the late 80's-early 90's I retained Dr. Seitz to perform my D.O.T. physicals. In time he would become my Massage Therapist [HA HA] Conveniently located on W. Locust St., periodically I would park my rig on the side of the road to plead for a moment of Dr. Seitz' therapeutic hands. I extend my most heartfelt condolences to each of you. And may his memories also be your blessings. Rest easy in grace sir knowing that you have reached your highest ground...
