Michael Pickett Obituary
Michael J. Pickett, 54, of Reading, went home to be with the Lord at 12:03 p.m., Saturday, July 14th, at his residence, with his wife, Shanika (Weaver) Pickett, by his side.
Michael was born in Washington, D.C., on March 13, 1964, a son of the late Ann (Clark) and John Pickett.
He worked traffic control for Flagger Force.
In addition to his wife, Michael is survived by his children: Jevon, Percell, Michael Jr., Ayuana, Genesis and Diosdado.
Michael is also survived by siblings: Sharon Pickett, Gail Anderson, Curtis, husband of Shelvee Reaves, Cheryl
Jackson, and Anthony, husband of Debra Givens.
Michael was predeceased by a brother, John Jr.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 28th, at First Century Worship Center, 234 S. 11th St., Reading, PA 19602.
The family requests donations to the church.
The Sanders Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 1501 N. 11th St., Reading, is in charge of the arrangements. Online condolences may be at www.sandersfuneral.com.
