Terry Gerry Obituary
Shelburne Falls, MA - Terry L. (Gammell) Gerry, 74, of Grove St., passed away after a long illness on the morning of August 29, 2025.
Terry was born in Colrain, MA on June 2, 1951 the daughter of Lafave and Leona Gammell.
She was a Nanny for a number of kids growing up in the West County area and she maintained a wonderful connection with those kids and their families. At home she enjoyed sewing, scrapbooking and maintaining her home.
She is survived by her sons Todd (Katlyn) Gerry of Heath, Tyler (Kelly) Gerry of Darien, CT, Tim Gerry of Stafford Springs, CT, 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, her partner of many years Richard Veillette, as well as nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by her brothers Keith Gammell and Rodney Gammell.
A visiting hour will take place Wed., Sept. 3 from 2 to 3 pm at the Smith-Kelleher Funeral Home, 40 Church St., Shelburne Falls. A prayer service will begin at 3pm. Burial will follow in West Branch Cemetery, Colrain.

I remember Terry´s ready smile and vivaciousness. I remember helping her with weekly vocabulary tests and her appreciation for the help.

So sorry to hear about Terry´s passing. Although she was dealing with serious health issues for many years she always greeted me with a smile, a sense of humor, and questions about how my family was doing. Tom and I offer our sympathy to all of you. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all
