To the Neuer Family,
I was so very sorry to hear of your loss. I knew Gerry from the St. Francis R.E.P. She was so welcoming and supportive. So kind, but tough when she needed to be. Know that she is missed and that she and your family are in my prayers.

Dear Family of Geraldine,
I go way back in Gerry's life - to Ursuline on Arlington Street, Boston. I was a young student in a very small school - we were family - and oftentimes Gerry's class would come to help us with art, etc.
I want you to know that those of us who were part of her life loved her dearly and have never forgotten her. As an Ursuline sister, I keep the photo albums and immediately went to the '46-'48 years.
It is with gratitude that we celebrate her life and you, her family. She has been a rich gift to so many persons and places. Be assured of our prayer with you for her. We at Ursuline in Dedham do not forget you all. Lovingly, Martha Gleason, osu

Prayers and sympathy to Gerry's family. She was a great classmate and a talented artist. I am grateful that another alumna of the College of New Rochelle was able to attend Gerry's funeral. There would have been more of us had we known.

Gerri was a dedicated teacher and an all around good person. She believed in her students and in her faith. John S. Burke was a better place for her having worked there.

I had the pleasure of growing up with Gerry's warm presence in my family's home. She was an amazing listener and had a wonderful smile. During a rough Sophmore year in high school she became my friend and what I learned about her was her ability to accept people and truly enjoy them and their company. Upon graduating high school she gave me a beach towel as a gift and said she knew how much I enjoyed the beach, but that it wasn't an excuse to skip classes. I have that towel still and it's definitely seen it's share of beaches. I love knowing now that I have a sense of her with me every time I step on the sand. She is truly missed and my warmest prayers go out to her and her family.

Ms. Hurley was a teacher of mine at John S. Burke twenty years ago. I remember her as an honorable servant of God and her community. I am praying for the happy repose of Ms. Hurley's soul, and strength for her family and friends during this sorrowful time.

Miss Hurley was a teacher of mine when I was in the 9th grade. I could go to her for anything. I had a rough junior year medically. She was the only one who understood and was willing to do anything she could to help me. She assisted my mother in her time of need as well. She was an amazing woman and my heart goes out to the family she left behind. She will be missed!!

Ms. Hurley was not an instructor of mine at John S. Burke Catholic HS but I cannot count how many times I have had personal conversations with her and how many times she listened to my tales of woe with an open heart and a sympathetic ear.
My most heart-felt, sincere condolences to her beloved family and close friends. Her memory and beautiful, warm and infectious smile will forever live in my heart.
She was a lovely woman who will be greatly missed.

Joe & Family,
Gerry is already missed so much. She radiated love to everyone she encountered. What a big heart she had! You and your family are in my prayers now and always. Gerry opened up to me the Word of God and I will always cherish the little time that God gave me to spend with her. May Gerry Rest In Peace, she discussed in our class what Rest in peace truly meant and now she is living it!
God Bless You & yours.
Love,
Margaret Giglio
