To the Butler Family,
I know all too well the pain you are feeling as I lost my dad about 5 years ago. Your dad was a truly friendly and caring man. Our prayers and thoughts are with you. Please call if you need anything. Love always (Terrell, Big Time, Shelia, Tyrie, and Family)

Thank you all for your kind words, your cards, your presence, and your thoughts. We all will miss my dad. After attending his wake on the 26th, I realized that my dad was really the first black mayor of Monticello. To see so many people come out to show their respects and love for my dad. My dad is in heaven now with his 2 other brothers and his mother and father. God looked down and saw someone who was so kind to all and decided it was time to bring him up to help out in his kingdom. No more pain no more medicine. He is still watching over us all. Please keep my family in your prayers.

Ms. Stella,Jackie (Jr.), Tasha, and Chelle I am so sorry for your loss. "Lil Jack" (that's what I called him) was the man. Always a kind word, and, always a sweet smile. I went in Stewart's the other day, and it was not the same without him there. I missed him. I know that right now it seems like you will not ever feel happy again, but the sun WILL shine, again. God Bless You. You are in my prayers.

Sis. Butler, Tasha, Nuke & my girl K, I Love you.........We all will miss Jackie. I know his loss was devastating and in turn we will celebrate his life. I am leaving a Poem with Respect to his memory:

If I should go tomorrow
It would never be goodbye
For I have left my heart with you
So please don't cry
The love that's deep within me
Shall reach you from the stars
You'll feel it from the heavens
And it will heal all the scars
My death has caused great pain
Please remember it was not in vain
Keep my image there without me
By telling later loves about me.
