Mark Persing Obituary

Mark G. Persing, Jr., an 11-year area resident, died Saturday, July 28, 2007 at Orange Regional Medical Center in Goshen. He was 20.

The son of Mark G. Persing, Sr. and Sandra J. Anderson Persing, he was born August 10, 1986 in Trenton, N.J.

Survivors include his parents, Mark G. Persing, Sr. and Sandra J. Persing of Trenton, N.J.; brother, Matthew G. Persing of Monroe; sister, Crystal Persing of Levittown, Pa.; grandfather, Robert G. Persing of Skillman, N.J.; grandmother, Eva Saltarelli of Monroe; aunts, uncles and cousins.

Friends may call on Thursday, August 2, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush, Inc. Funeral Home, 117 Maple Ave., Monroe, N.Y.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 3, at 11 a.m. in the funeral home, with the Rev. Baron Ashfield officiating. Interment will follow in Cemetery of The Highlands, Highland Mills, N.Y.

Memorial contributions may be made to: Epilepsy Foundation, 8301 Professional Place East, Landover, MD 20785.
