Roberta Wildermann Obituary
Roberta Louise Champury Wildermann of Newburgh, died Thursday evening, August 20, 2009 in Mercy Hospital.
Born in the Bronx, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Marion Messer Champury. She was educated in the Ridgewood, NJ school district and was a graduate of Ridgewood High School and Fairleigh-Dickinson University.
She was a member of St. Patrick's R.C. Church in Newburgh.
She and her husband, Carl celebrated their 44th wedding anniversary this year. In addition to her husband, she is further survived by her daughter, Marion Falabella and her husband, Robert, a son, Paul Wildermann and his wife, Jennifer, a grandson, Paul Joseph Wildermann, all of Scranton, PA; two sisters, Lynne Smith of Ramsey, NJ and Gale Stagg and her husband, Peter of Newburgh; two brothers, Francis Champury of Bayville, NJ and Richard Champury and his wife, Sandra of Pittsford; 14 nieces and nephews, and many cousins.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m., Monday, August 24, at Carl J. Savino Funeral Home, 157 S. Main Ave., Scranton, PA.
The funeral will be Tuesday, August 25, from the funeral home with a Mass at 9:30 a.m. at St. Paul's Church, Penn Ave., Scranton, PA. Interment will be in Cathedral Cemetery.

To the Wilderman family,unfortunately i was not able to meet you,i did however hear alot about you thru your very special daughter Marion. Unfourtantly i did not hear of Robertas passsing until monday afternoon,therefor I was unable to pay my respects obviously sad,my prayers are with you all.
