Rose Daley Obituary

Rose B. (Daly) Daley, a manager of Delegates Dining Room at the United Nations, New York City, and resident of Highland, died May 30, 2005 at Hudson Valley Nursing Home in Highland, N.Y. She was 87.

The daughter of the late Frank Trier and Lillian Higgens, she was born October 5, 1917 in New York City, N.Y.

She was the widow of James K. Daley, who predeceased her on April 5, 1983.

A member of VFW Post #2362, she is survived by her son, Kenneth Daley and wife, Ellen, of Marlboro; granddaughter, Brianna Rose Daley of Marlboro; two nieces and two nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday June 2, 2005 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at The DiDonato Funeral Home, 1290 Route 9W, Marlboro, N.Y., with funeral services Thursday evening at 7:30 PM in the funeral home. Cremation will be private and at the convenience of the family.
