Suzanne Delaney Obituary

Bloomingburg, NY

Suzanne Rhein Delaney, 45, of Bloomingburg, NY, formerly of Walker Valley and Spring Valley, NY, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 among family and friends.

She was born on July 8, 1964 in Suffern, NY, and was the loving daughter of George and Rita Rhein, and the granddaughter of Joseph and Anna Rhein and Herve and Marie Roe.

Sue enjoyed her life spending time with family and friends and was a sweet, kind, and compassionate person. Her home was open to anyone who knew her and she lent an ear and a smile to all. She also leaves behind her brothers, George Rhein, Jr. and wife, Liz of Warwick and Glenn Rhein and wife, Karen of Warwick. Sue's nieces and nephews include: Christopher Keywork and wife, Deanna of Blauvelt, NY, Robert Keywork of New York, NY, Jill Rhein of Warwick, Katie and Gregory Rhein of Warwick, and her great-nephew, Austen Browning of Staten Island, NY.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1, at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, November 2, at St. Anthony's Church, 36 W. George, Rita, Anna, Joey, Johnny,

My mom called me last night, and we are very sad to hear of Sue's passing.

I have tons of fond memories, as Sue was always like an extra aunt to me as a child. I spent so much time at the golf course, that it felt as if you were all my second family.

Mom would like to send a card, so if anyone sees this, please get in touch with me via email.

Love ya all!
