Dear Carrig Family,
Most people are not very close to a great uncle, But I was. I am so glad I was even able to meet such a great guy like him. He taught me cool thing I had never known before. He taught me this really cool trick with cards. He would always get it right. One time I bet him that he couldnt guess it and if he did I would kiss him on his cheek. If he didnt he would give me a dollar. He won beause I never told him in had to be the first or second or any other card for that matter. He got it as the third card. So he got the kiss and I didnt get the quarter. There were so many good memories with him. I could go one and on. And just to think I was a very lucky 12 year old kid. I was lucky enough to meet him. xoxoxo
i loved him. He was amemorable person in my heart. Thank you lord for letting me meet a great guy like him.

Dear Virgina and family, I'm so sorry for the loss of Uncle Billy. I have very fond memories of him, my grandmother, aunt and mother loved him very much. I was so proud of him too. I'll never forget how much fun I had the last time I saw him at his house with his dogs. It was a long time ago, but good memories stay close. Also I hear he is the one who drove my mother to the hospital in a police car the night I was born. Thanks Uncle Billy.
Love your neice Jaden

Hi there Brother. I remember all the good good times. And I remember when I come down 9W and New Windsor. The siren would go and there you would be. You told me if I came down the hill of 9W 50 miles an hour one more time you would take me in brother or no brother.
I remember when Mom was with me you would come down to my house and take care of Mom' palm on her hand. You got more kisses off Mom than you ever did and so did I. See you later bro We will be together again soon.

My father was a truly caring person. He always made sure that we had everything before he did. He was a care giver and helped & touched the lives of so many people. I know many of his traits will live on in me, my brothers & my nephew Anthony.

I love you very much dad & I will miss you more than you could have ever imagined. I'll take care of mom for you. Thanks for everything. Love, your little girl...pumpkin pie, apple of your eye :-)

I am very sorry for your loss. Bill was a wonderful man. I've known him since I was seven years old, thirty-five years. Bill had a wonderful way of looking at everything with a positive attitude and always saw the good in people. I will miss hearing someone say "Hey kiddo" and turning around and seeing him. He will be missed tremendously.

My Uncle Billy was a true blessing in my life. I don't have one bad memory of him and am so glad that I remained close to him right up until the end. I spoke with my uncle 3 or 4 times a week and saw him several times in the past month. He kissed me twice and I will never forget him. He was nice to Kara. Also he is now with my mother his sister and Grandma. I can't wait to see my Uncle in Heaven again. Aunt Virgina, Brooke, Shawn, Billy, Anthony and Aunt Linda my thoughts and prayers are with you.

I am so sorry to hear of Uncle Billy's death. This is a great loss to our family. I have many memories of my uncle especially growing up. He brought me my first dog when I was only a day or two old. He snuck "FeFe" into the maternity ward right after I was born. He was someone who was always fun to be around and someone to be counted on. He was greatly loved and will be greatly missed! Virginia, Brooke, Billy, Shawn, and Anthony you are in my thoughts and prayers!

I am so sorry to hear about uncle Billy's death. I will miss him . Even though we haven't been that close these past years, I have so many good memories of him from my childhood. Yes, the card games, the cook outs, and his humor. He was a large part of my life as I was growing up and I loved him. He is now in God's hands. We will see each other again one day.

Bill was the best cop I knew. He was a source of strength and motivation on any police department he served. We all looked to him for guidance. He was a friend who would never say no to a person in need. Many have shared in the laughter that was such an integral part of his character. A light has gone out in this world, but the warmth will remain in our memories. Virginia, Billy, Shawn, Brooke and Anthony you are in my prayers.

I will miss him, but he is with his brothers and sister and parents. Cant you all just see them at a card game or family cook outs?!@?! Those were fun days....as a kid growing up with all the crazy family, I know they all had an influence on all of us. This is the time to come together...keep the peace and remember all the love in this family. xo Laura
