L.J. Buchanan

1945 - 2011

On Saturday, August 6, 2011,

L.J. Buchanan passed away.
He had battled complications from Lung Cancer for a year.

He was co-owner of Cascade Rigging & Supply in Redding, CA.
He was born in Enid, Oklahoma, on May 20, 1945.
He attended OSU and graduated in 1969 with a Bachelor of Science degree.

He leaves behind a wife, Toni Buchanan, 2 children, John and Erica Buchanan, a brother, Kenneth Buchanan, and 3 grandchildren, Derek Gibson, Seona Buchanan, and Achilles Buchanan.

Celebration of life gathering will be held at Redding Elks Lodge, on August 22nd at 6:00 p.m.

Toni, John and Erica I am so sorry for your loss. i know he is in a better place now after being a fighter for so long. I'm so glad i had the chance to meet you all when he stayed here at Northern California Rehab, all the girls up front here miss you guys and send our condolences. Keep in touch and we all love ya.

Buchanan Family, LJ was a wonderful man and a great neighbor.
He was stubborn which made him a fighter till the end.
