I met Paul when I built a house in Cwd and he was in charge of the water co. He was doing it for free and went out of his way to help. He was helping me dig to find "My" valve in a suit and tie as he was on his way to work. Had several reason to visit with him over the yrs and always found him to be ready to help . He was one of those guys who everyone liked.

To Pauls family; I am very sorry for your loss. Paul and I grew up in the same neighborhood shasta and almond with Rob Swinderman, and clark Moorehead, Bruce Buel, Mike Scholl.
We all liked Paul and he was a good friend. There were alot of people that hung around there.we will all miss him. In eight grade I got into a fight. Alot of kids were there to watch, I took a punch fell and hit my head on the concrete. When I woke up they were all gone. I think that they thought I was dead. But Paul was there putting cold towels on my head,he stayed with me and helped me to my next class. That was the kind of guy paul was and thats how I remember him. My prayers for you all....Mike Zanzi

Although I hadn't seen Paul in years, I still considered him a friend. Many fond memories of him with Mike Zanzi, Mike Scholl and others from the Almond St. neighborhood. I played on a fastpitch team with Paul many years ago. Great guy. My sympathies go out to his family and friends. His passing leaves a big hole in many lives.

To Paul's family, I am sorry to hear another one of the good ones has left this earth way too soon. Paul is now in heaven with my brother Niles. I have wonderful memories of Paul visiting our house in Redding and high school parties we all went to in the 70s and 80s and beyond. Rest in peace Paul, I'll miss you
