Bud Proctor Obituary
10/24/1928 - 9/10/2019
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 23 at The Barn (25 West 25th, Eugene, OR) for Bud Proctor of Junction City.
Beloved father, grandfather, husband, and friend. From the hospital where he worked as an EKG technician to the ski slopes where he volunteered as a patrol member, Bud Proctor spread joy wherever he went. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

Bud was a fellow classmate in my graduating class of Respiratory Therapists in the early 90's. Bud loved to share his running, skiing and family experiences with endless enthusiasm. Defying aging, Bud was in a class of his own. He was truly an inspiration for fall of us.

Bud was a fellow graduate in my Respiratory Therapy class at LCC in the early 90's. Bud was so absolutely positive about everything. He loved to talk about his running experiences and I shared mine to his delight. Bud defied age. He was in his cheerful way a true blessing and inspiration to me.

Sorry to Hear Bud passed away. He would occasionally run with us at lunch a couple of decades ago, he was a kind soul. May he rest in God's perpetual light!
