Aaron Hargrave Obituary
STAMFORD, TX
Aaron Joseph Hargrave, 22, of Stamford, passed away Thursday, March 26, 2015 in Lawton, Oklahoma. Graveside services will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 1, 2015 in Highland Memorial Cemetery with Tony Nauert and Stan McKinney officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Kinney-Underwood Funeral Home in Stamford.
Aaron Joseph Hargrave was born September 9, 1992 in Lubbock, Texas, the cherished son of Becky and Duane Thomas and Rick Hargrave. He is well loved and remembered as brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, uncle and friend. Aaron was a 2011 graduate of Anson High School and then followed the call of God to Texas Bible Institute in Columbus, Texas and graduated from there in 2013. Aaron loved God and was devoted to his family. He always found a reason to laugh, and brought humor and joy to everyone who had the privilege of sharing life with him. Aaron also loved music, movies and was a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Tech Red Raiders. He was a member of Envision Ministries in Stamford.
Preceding Aaron in death were grandparents, J.D. and Betty McKinney, Sarah Thomas; and great grandparents, Eddie and Lorene Buttram.
Family left to cherish Aaron's life and memory are parents, Becky and Duane Thomas of Stamford, father, Rick Hargrave of Anson; sibling brothers and sisters, Jack and Erma Hargrave of Lubbock, Rickie and Sarah Hargrave of Abilene, Shaunna Hargrave of Lawton, Oklahoma, Bailee Thomas of the home, Renee` and Jordan Vallejo of Abilene, Tressi Thomas of Brownwood; and many loving aunts, uncles, 11 nieces and nephews and cousins.
The family requests memorials may be given to a Hospice of the donor's choice.
Serving as pallbearers for Aaron are Rickie Hargrave, Jr., Bracken Hargrave, Chris Gilliam, Jordan Vallejo, Robert Chapman, Kyler Earnest and Michael Hargrave.
