Rosemary (Rose) Fitzpatrick Lindberg, 69, passed away on January 16, 2014 at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center surrounded by her family. Rose was born in 1944 in Afton, Wyoming to Robert Ewell and Sybil Fitzpatrick. She was later adopted and raised by Forest Fitzpatrick. She was a selfless woman. She put her family and friends' care before her own. She enjoyed camping, fishing, boating, ATVing, and exploring ghost towns and mining camps.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years Alan (Curt) Lindberg; daughter, Teresa (Tommy) Harpster; son, Dwayne (Danielle) Lindberg; grandchildren, Jessica Harpster, Jamie Harpster and Aidan Lindberg; brother, Mike Fitzpatrick; sisters, Connie Fitzpatrick and Lorraine Dingman; mother-in-Law, Shireen Lindberg; sister-in-Law, Susan Young; best friends, Ed and Jean Goodher; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Staff of St. Mary's Regional Medical Center who cared for Rose and our family during her fight for life.
Services will be held on Saturday January 25th at 2:00pm at Walton's Funeral Home, 1745 Sullivan Lane, Sparks. Donations can be made in Rose's memory to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
