Sandra Adamson, a long-time resident of Reno, passed away at her home peacefully.
Sandra valued family and friendship above anything else. Whether lifelong friends from Placerville, friends from church or her beloved book club, she found their love and support to be the most precious gift in her life.
She is preceded in passing by her daughter, Shelly Veneris. She is survived by her husband, Richard, her children: Scott and his wife Cindy, Brett and his partner Victoria of Reno, Eric and his wife Jill of Clark Summit, PA. Linda and her husband Andy Hensler of Denver, Co. her brother Bruce Maclin and his wife Laurie of Bakersfield, Ca. And all of her 11 wonderful grandchildren. A service will be held August 13th 2 pm at Center for Spiritual Living 4685 Lakeside drive. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to: International Waldenstrom's Macroglobulinemia Foundation 6144 Clark Center Ave, Sarasota, FL 34238.

Dick-
We will miss her so much. We LOVED our game nights with you and Sandra. We cannot believe she is no longer with us. She sounded so vibrant when we last talked. She is in a better place now, with no health problems and can watch over us.

DEAREST DICK AND FAMILY,
Please accept my heartfelt condolences to you and your family for the loss of your beloved wife Sandra, mother, grandmother and true friend. I will miss Sandra's sense of humor and her true friendship. What we already enjoyed in our book club will never be lost. Sandra now is one of our angels.
