Mark Hickman Obituary

Mark Hickman, 52, passed away Friday, March 22, at his residence.

He was a lifelong resident of Rhea County and attended the Church of God.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, James Franklin and William Tracy Hickman; paternal grandparents, Frank and Odessa Hickman; and maternal grandparents, Bert and Nora Nixon.

He is survived by his father and stepmother William and Elizabeth Hickman; mother, Brenda Nixon, all of Dayton; two sisters, Shannon (Mark) Yager of Oklahoma and Natasha (Joshua) Ellis of Evensville; brother, Justin Shuler of Dayton; favorite aunt, Janice Whitfield; special friend, Heather Corder; and several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.

Funeral services were held Monday, March 25, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Bolton officiating. Burial will be at Spivey Cemetery.

Family received friends Monday, March 25, from noon to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
