Olivia Paige Goldberg

Olivia Paige Goldberg, of Roanoke, Va., went to be with her Heavenly Father on January 25, 2010, in Charlottesville, Va. She was born in Roanoke, Va., on October 26, 2009, to Howard and Emily Goldberg. Olivia's beauty and good nature warmed the hearts of everyone. Her remarkable strength and courage to smile and play despite all she went through is an inspiration to all of us. She is also survived by her grandparents, Mark and Tuul Schultz, of Roanoke, Va., Barbara Schultz, of New Castle, and Philip and Florence Goldberg, of Rochester, N.Y.; great-grandparents, Joe and Jo Schultz, of Roanoke, and Libby Edelson, of Rochester, N.Y.; aunts and uncles, Jeff and Dana Schultz, of Blacksburg, Va., Stuart Goldberg, of Hyattsville, Md., Jeff and Melissa Goldberg, of Buffalo, N.Y., and Tulga and Shijir Bayarsaikhan, of Roanoke, Va.; cousins, Zachary, Madelyn and Bennett; other extended family; as well as special friends, Susan Tolliver and Jessica Woods. Olivia will be in our hearts forever. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Olivia's honor to the Roanoke City Public Schools Education Foundation. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. on Friday, January 29, 2010, at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
