14 years and I still miss you like it was yesterday. Time is but a vapor and it all goes by so quickly. I will celebrate your life mom by living mine to the fullest. I have finally found the love of my life, but you know that. I am blessed to have wonderful people in my life and am proud to have such beautiful grandchildren. You have left quite the legacy. I love you and miss you mom. You are always in my heart until we meet again.

Mom,
I thought that the day I lost you was hard, but this year is even harder because I have lost my dad, my mom and now my sister. It's so hard living without all of you. I try so hard to be strong, but some days I just can't and I guess that's ok. You have a beautiful family that I know you would be so proud of. I miss you everyday mom. I'm glad you are all together. I will think of you often and know that you are with me. I love you more than words can say, until we meet again my precious mom.

Time goes by so quickly and it's hard to believe you've been gone 12 years now. I miss you. Thank you for coming and taking Tammy home with you. I miss her terribly but I know she is with you now and that brings me comfort. Now you are both looking over me. I hope I am the person that makes you both proud. You are my heart and I will cherish our memories until we meet again. I love you.

11 years and it seems like it was yesterday. I know you are with me every day. I often hear your soft voice speaking to me when I need encouragement. It gives me strength to go on and to try to be the best version of me that I can be. You are missed greatly. Until we meet again mom. I love you.

Almost ten years have passed since you left us. There is not a day that goes by that I don't think of you and feel your presence. I promised to try my best to carry on and be as good a woman, mother and grandmother as you were. Your family meant everything to you and I am fighting everyday for this precious family that wouldn't be here if it weren't for you. I know you have been with me every step of the way. I love you and miss you so much!

Words cannot express how grateful we are that we were blessed to have such a wonderful lady as you in our lives. You helped bring the best out of everyone you were around. We voiced many prayers to keep you with us but it seems God had a different plan. The short time we have known you was our blessing from God. He let us be exposed to someone we could love instantly and glean godly wisdom from in the midst of almost every conversation. You kept your finger on the hearts of the people in your church family even in your darkest moments. You were a great mentor in so many ways and we all have become better people from knowing you. We sure did get lucky the day Jay married you. You cared for and loved us as if we were your own. You were always genuinely interested in what was going on with us. Although it is hard because it seems you were taken too soon, we know you are at home in heaven, no longer in pain and we will see you again one day. We all love you and will miss you very much.

Mom,
This is your daughter Tammy. I want you to know that I will do everything in my power to carry on your legacy. I want to be like you. You always thought of everyone else, you put your family and your church family and Jay first. Jay was your gift to us. Even though you were suffering more then anyone knew, you were a great example to all of us. You never gave up trying to bring the whole family to the Lord. I will take over that job for you. You were the best mother , grandmother, and great grandmother ever. Also for Becky and Ruby, Anthony and Racheal, and Michael and Donna and their children. This may sound silly but what I miss the most is when you would call and say Tammy this is your mother the way you always did in that certain tone. I would give anything to her you say that one more time. The last thing you said to me was, we will all be together again and I look forward to that day. I will close by saying, I Love You more than words can say, as I did on every holiday card

Grandma,
I'm not even sure what to write... We didn't have enough time... and that show's me know how precious life is.. and you never know what tomorrow holds.. I am at peace knowing you are in heavan with OUR Lord Jesus Christ. We will be together again some day and until then I will look after the family and keep us together and strong because I know that is what you would have wanted.

To The Torres Family:
Thank you so very much for allowing us the privledge and honour of having your mother in our family.
The first time she came to my home, after her and Jay were married, I had just had my first granddaughter, and while Teresa and I talked of our children and grandchildren I had a glimpse inside the heart of a true mother and grandmother. The love for her family reflected there. Our hearts bonded at that time for me. I knew she would be good for my brother.
She was always so full of love and kindness. There was never a time that you didn't feel that "silent strength" from her. She was a best friend to every one and she always made you feel welcome and important, and ALWAYS willing to listen.
I loved her dearly. She was truely an asset to our family.
Thank you again and I'm glad I finally got to meet her daughters and grandchildren. She has a beautiful family. She was very proud of all of you.
We are praying for you daily.

She was married to my brother "Pete" for a very long time. She has been a part of my family since before I was even born. Her unwavering committment to her vows and her undying devotion to her family was something we should all aim to have in our lives.
