On behalf of the Ballous, who were your dear friends and next door neighbor, we, the children, are so sorry to hear of your loss. I sincerely regret that I cannot be there for Mr. Nelson's homecoming, however we are making plans to visit in early November. Whenever I visited Mom, he would always greet me with a friendly smile and have conversation. I know he will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

My dearest Evans Family, I will miss your Dad so much. He and I usually entered church about the same time he looking like a G.Q. model with that famaliar smile.I also remember what an usher he was too.He was a nice man.
