I love you, Mom, more than you ever could have known. And I miss you so so much. We tried. We fought through so many obstacles. Nobody understood but you said to me, "we´ll do it our way." And we did. Sadly in the end it just wasn´t enough. Too much damage had been done. I am so sorry for your pain, your suffering, the disrespect and egregious disservice you endured at the hands of so many people. If I could go back in time, i would do things so differently. The end result might be the same but I think I would have had you with me for a longer time. We could have celebrated Easter together one last time. My one saving Grace is that you are free - free from breathlessness and from pain. I know you are with Dad and with Todd. That in itself makes me happy. I know they will take care of you, as will the rest of the family, especially Josie. Funny how I became Josie to you towards the end. I know she was near and I could not be more proud to have shared her name/presence for a short period. I know I will be okay. I have no other choice. Please watch over me. All I need is to know you´re there. I hope you know that I adore you and will never stop missing you. I love you. Please stay near.
